1. Scope
This policy applies to fullmarksystems.online, associated AAILA portals, learning activities, support services, payment records and communications. It does not govern third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how the service is used, we may collect:
- Account and profile details such as name, email, mobile number, country, address, class, date of birth, parent-child relationship, profile photograph and login identifiers.
- Learning information such as selected subjects and languages, schedules, activity completion, answers, assessment results, progress, achievements and learning time.
- Payment and subscription information such as plan, invoice, coupon, payment reference, payment status and transaction details. We do not ask users to submit complete card numbers, PINs or banking passwords through support or manual-payment forms.
- Communications, support tickets, contact enquiries, feedback and documents voluntarily uploaded for account or promoter verification.
- Technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, login events, security logs and cookie or session data.
3. How we use information
- To create and secure accounts, identify the correct user type and provide the requested learning services.
- To personalise curriculum, schedules, assessments and progress reports.
- To process subscriptions, invoices, discounts, commissions, payment verification and refunds.
- To communicate service messages, verification links, support responses and material updates.
- To prevent misuse, investigate security incidents, enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.
- To analyse and improve platform performance, content quality and user experience using aggregated or appropriately protected data.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on consent, performance of our agreement, legitimate interests, legal obligations or another recognised lawful basis.
4. Children’s privacy and parental involvement
AAILA is an education service used by children. A parent or legal guardian should create or supervise an account for a child who cannot legally provide consent on their own. Parents can review and manage linked student information through the parent dashboard and may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and educational record-keeping requirements.
We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for targeted advertising or sell it to data brokers.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as an account or subscription remains active and afterward for the period reasonably required for educational continuity, support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. We use organisational and technical safeguards such as access controls, authentication, logging and encrypted connections. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, users or their authorised guardians may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Some information may need to be retained where the law, an unresolved transaction, security need or valid legal claim requires it. Account communication preferences can be changed where those options are provided; essential service and security messages may still be sent.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, practices or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or registered contact details.
10. Contact us
Questions or privacy requests can be sent through our Contact Us page or by email to info@fullmarksystems.online. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity and authority.
