1. Agreement to these terms
By registering, purchasing a plan or using AAILA, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. A parent or legal guardian must accept these terms for a child who cannot legally accept them independently. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- Parents are responsible for supervising linked child accounts and ensuring selected classes, subjects and profile details are suitable.
- Accounts and subscriptions are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared outside the registered household or authorised organisation.
3. Educational service
AAILA provides curriculum-based digital learning, practice, assessments, progress reporting and related features. Content is designed to support learning and does not guarantee specific marks, admission, certification or academic outcomes. Students learn at different rates and may require age-appropriate adult assistance. AAILA is not a substitute for mandatory schooling, professional educational assessment or specialised medical advice.
We may improve, reorganise, add or retire content and features while maintaining the overall purpose of the subscribed service.
4. Trials, plans, taxes and payments
- The standard annual fee is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, including 18% GST for students in India, are added after eligible coupon discounts.
- A coupon must be valid and applied before payment. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly stated and may be limited or withdrawn for misuse.
- A trial is available only once per eligible student unless AAILA expressly provides otherwise.
- Access may begin while a manual payment is reviewed. We may request clarification, reject an unverifiable payment or pause access if payment is reversed, disputed or not received.
- Users are responsible for bank, currency-conversion, internet and device charges imposed by third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, disrupt service, scrape or copy content at scale, bypass subscription controls, manipulate assessments or coupons, harass others, or use AAILA for unlawful purposes. Automated access requires prior written permission.
6. Intellectual property
AAILA and its licensors own the platform, curriculum, text, illustrations, mascots, audio, video, software, trademarks and other content. An active subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal educational use. Users may not republish, sell, modify, distribute, record or create competing materials from protected content without written permission.
Users retain ownership of original content they submit. They grant AAILA a limited licence to host, process and display it as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service.
7. Availability and third-party services
We aim to provide reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, internet conditions, device compatibility, third-party providers or events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Links or integrations supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAILA is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected student’s current subscription. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension, cancellation and termination
You may stop using the service or request cancellation at any time. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, fraud, non-payment or conduct that harms users or the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Governing terms and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting AAILA entity and the consumer, including mandatory consumer protections. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through written support. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be handled by the competent courts or forums having lawful jurisdiction.
11. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these terms as part of a legitimate business transfer. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through Contact Us or emailed to info@fullmarksystems.online.
